Flight Delay and Poor Service on Ajet Airlines




Ajet Airlines, your June 22, 2024, flight from Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Ercan Airport at 18:45 was delayed by 1 hour and 20 minutes. We didn't complain, assuming it was due to weather conditions, but the issues didn't stop there. First, although I wasn't going to mention this, I feel compelled to because of your repeated poor service. We were charged €10.50 for 2 coffees and 2 waters, but after giving €12, we never received the €1.50 change. The flight attendant said they would go get change but never returned. A simple apology would have sufficed.
Additionally, when we arrived at Ercan Airport, my luggage was damaged. When I complained to the staff about how THY could make such a mistake, they informed me that you had separated from THY. Had I known, I wouldn't have bought a ticket from you. Also, I tried to file a report online, but the website constantly gave errors and wouldn't accept my information. Your service is subpar. I want to commend our female pilot, as the takeoff and landing were flawless. Hold onto her; she’s the only valuable asset you have.
