Hello, I would like to share the series of unfortunate events we experienced with Ajet. We had a flight from Sabiha to Ercan Airport in Cyprus and tried to check-in online, but it didn't work. When I called the call center, I was shocked to find out that our flight had been canceled (June 13/14 at 00:05) and we were not informed about it, no email or message was sent. After long efforts and emails, we managed to reschedule the flight to 22:30. We had to take taxis and incur unnecessary expenses to reach the airport on time. To make matters worse, after waiting in the air for an hour, my daughter's suitcase arrived broken and damaged. She cried at the airport and looked for an official, but was met with strict behavior. One staff member even said, 'Keep explaining, you'll find an official outside,' and the security there witnessed it. When my daughter went out and tried to re-enter, she was told, 'Since you exited the area, we cannot process anything.' I believe that if a solution is not provided, the complaint platform will resolve this. The female staff at the airport was responsible, but Ajet is primarily accountable for this issue. Whether it happened in Istanbul or Ercan, our suitcase was broken by Ajet's staff.
