Flight Delay And Missed Transfer Flight With Turkish Airlines

My flight from Istanbul to Chicago with Turkish Airlines was delayed for more than 4 hours. I missed my transfer flight to Las Vegas. I spent the night at the airport instead of Las Vegas. My hotel ticket was burned. It's because my work is interrupted. I wrote feedback to Turkish Airlines customer service for the 2nd time with the number TK-89844619, but they did not take any action. They didn't even bother to call. I want to exercise my passenger rights. If I do not reach a conclusion here, I will seek my rights in all local and foreign media.
