Fake Turkish Airlines Contact Number Issue

Today, due to weather conditions, I received a message from Turkish Airlines (THY) that my flight was canceled. I immediately searched for the customer service number online and found 08502429042. I called right away. The agent on the phone said there was a ₺250 fee for taxes and other charges. Despite insisting that I had done this before for free, the agent claimed that there was a fee for changing the ticket. Since I had an urgent matter, I reluctantly paid. However, I became suspicious and checked the number and the email I received. I realized that the number appeared to belong to THY, but the agent had access to all my flight details and guided me accordingly. I received a message with the code AKODE7 and unfortunately, I paid. I am complaining about this so-called travel agency, but I still don't understand how they accessed my information so easily.
