Unresolved Booking Issue

I made a reservation through Booking.com at A22 Boutique Suites in Budapest for 23–25 October under the reservation number 5756.892.231. Despite having a confirmed booking, the hotel informed me that they could not accommodate me due to overbooking. This trip was planned as a birthday surprise for my boyfriend, so I organized everything in advance. Because I was notified so late, most alternative hotels are now almost twice as expensive. If I had been informed earlier, I would have been able to book another place at a reasonable price. For the past two days I have been trying to reach you but have not received a clear answer. I would like to know the status of my refund and whether my original payment will be returned without delay. In addition, I expect Booking.com to cover the price difference for suitable alternative accommodation, as this situation arose despite my confirmed reservation and has caused both financial loss and serious disruption to our plans. I kindly request that my case be reviewed urgently, that my refund be processed, and that a fair solution be provided regarding the extra costs I now face for alternative accommodation.
