Turkish Airlines Refund Delay and Incorrect Payment Method
I requested a ticket refund on May 7th, but Turkish Airlines (THY) credited the amount to their own app as TK Wallet instead of reimbursing it to my credit card. Even after submitting written feedback forms and explaining the situation to customer representatives multiple times over the phone, the amount has not been refunded to my credit card.
