On December 24, 2023, at 09:30, I had a flight from Istanbul to Norway. I asked a cabin crew member for headphones while they were serving meals. They said 'I will bring it shortly' but never did. Throughout the journey, I couldn't watch any channel or movie; an hour had passed. While going to the restroom, I saw the crew member I had asked for headphones sitting with their legs crossed and eating. The crew member's name was I***, who fulfilled the requests of other passengers before and after me. Later, other cabin crew members brought the headphones, but I didn't take them because two hours had passed since the beginning of my journey, and this situation made me very upset. I hope my complaints reach the necessary places. The cabin crew member named I*** neither apologized nor provided any explanation. From now on, I will not choose Turkish Airlines.
