Turkcell Paycell Unauthorized Charges. I Demand Chargeback
Turkcell is making deductions under the name Paycell for services I haven't subscribed to. They called a thousand times to subscribe me to Fizy, I refused. Despite this, they've deducted fees through Paycell. CİMER should urgently investigate this issue. How can they process transactions like this without approval? I want my money refunded immediately.
