In April, I was contacted by the Turkcell finance department and informed that a loan of ₺66,000 had been taken out in my name using my Turkish ID number. Previously, a device had also been issued in my name without my consent. My line is currently being actively used. Despite repeatedly contacting customer service, I was not given any information about how this happened and received no assistance.
