My Turkcell Account Was Charged Without My Consent

I have noticed that my Turkcell account is being charged 340₺ every month without my consent. I do not have any Turkcell services, including a phone line or internet, and I have not made any payment requests. However, Turkcell continues to deduct funds from my account. I demand an immediate cessation of these charges and a full refund of all the funds that have been deducted from my account.
