Paycell Fails to Transfer Payment to Credit Card

I made a credit card payment using my Paycell limit, but it has been 24 hours and the payment still has not been reflected on my credit card. I have called multiple times, and they say the transaction has been processed. What right do you have to put people through this inconvenience? I saw a few complaints related to this issue on the complaint section. I wish I had read them earlier, as I would have never done this. Friends, you should not use Paycell, especially for credit card debt payment. It is completely false; they make you indebted but do not pay the credit card debt at all.
I will cancel my Turkcell line and switch to another provider as soon as possible. In fact, there are 6 of us at home, and I will have them all cancel as well. Please resolve this issue quickly.
