Turkcell Issued a Bill After I Canceled My Postpaid Line

I canceled my Turkcell postpaid line on August 4, 2024, and paid all my outstanding debts. Despite this, after the cancellation of my line, a new bill of ₺208 was issued for the August 2024 period. When I contacted customer service, they stated that this amount was due to usage charges until the line was canceled. However, I do not accept that a new bill was issued and this fee was demanded even though I canceled my line and paid all my debts. I request that this overcharged bill be canceled.
