Turkcell Misled Me About Child Line Cancellation and Charged a New Line Fee

Turkcell claimed that it was never stated I would only pay ₺92 without mentioning the new line fee. They also said the line was registered as a child line, which could be canceled anytime without any fees. It has been a month now, and I want to cancel my line, but I am being charged for a new line fee. I was misled by the representative, who never provided full and transparent information regarding these charges. Even though I carefully asked for all costs involved, they failed to explain the new line fee clearly. The representative never mentioned this fee, and even when I asked for the total cost, they assured me that the line was free and could be canceled whenever I wanted. I request that my line be canceled without any charge. I also expect compensation for the inconvenience and misleading information.
