Turkcell Charged Me for an Unused Data Package on My Bill

On the invoice issued on August 10, 2025, for my Turkcell postpaid data line, the full amount of an internet package I did not use was charged to my plan. My bill shows an amount of ₺1,115, and I have been billed for a service I never used. I contacted customer service three times regarding this matter. In my first two calls, I was told that the fee would not be charged, and I pointed out that this was clearly evident in the call records. However, during my third call, I was informed that the fee would not be canceled, and I received a negative response. At this moment, I have not yet paid the bill. I request that the charge for the unused service be canceled and that the ₺1,115 bill amount be removed. Otherwise, I will file a complaint with Presidential Communication Center and pursue my rights through legal channels.

My issue was resolved by being reflected on the bill, albeit late. The full amount was not refunded, but most of it was, and I did not consider the remaining part significant.
