Turkcell Did Not Let Me Switch to Prepaid and Is Charging a Cancellation Fee

I submitted a request to switch my Turkcell line to prepaid, but they didn’t process it. I called customer service a second time to cancel the request immediately, and they told me another department would call me. I asked to be transferred directly, but they didn’t connect me. I told them to create a new request so someone could reach out to me right away, but they said the previous one would need to be closed first. They’ve been stalling, and I haven’t been able to cancel my postpaid line for two days. They also said there would be no cancellation fee, and the app shows there isn’t one, but now they’re claiming there’s a ₺1400 penalty. They’re misleading customers with false advertising and information, causing issues and preventing the switch to prepaid. Customer service offers no solution.

Don't use the excuse of 96. I called twice and had to transfer because you didn't take action. This became a separate grievance thanks to you. Also, I guess the cancellation fee didn't suit you, as you didn't even bother to respond to that.
