Turkcell GNC Did Not Give Me the AirPods I Rightfully Earned

Through the Turkcell GNC app, I logged in every day, collected one star daily, and at the end of the month, received 3 super stars in exchange for 30 regular stars. Since the beginning of January, I had been collecting super stars and was supposed to win AirPods 3rd Generation headphones today. However, when I logged in, the system kept giving me an error (my app is up to date, by the way). When I called customer service, they told me the campaign had ended on June 16. Mathematically, it's impossible for it to have ended on June 16. They are misleading people indirectly. I want to receive the AirPods that I rightfully earned.

I used to log into the Turkcell GNC app every day, collect 1 star per day, and at the end of the month, I would get 3 super stars in exchange for 30 stars. With the super stars I collected since the first day of January, I was supposed to win Airpods 3rd Generation headphones today. However, when I tried, the system kept giving me an error (by the way, my app is up to date). When I called customer service, they told me the campaign ended on June 16th. Mathematically, it's impossible for it to end on June 16th. They are indirectly stalling people. I want to receive the Airpods that I am entitled to.

They never contacted me in any way. Rest assured that I will pursue my rights wherever possible, I will also write to CİMER. Huge Turkcell is making things complicated just for a single headset.

I am a Turkcell user myself, including the internet at my home with Superonline. I convinced my spouse, siblings, and relatives to use Turkcell, but now, on the contrary, I will do everything I can to make them leave Turkcell. You are scammers.

Slackers, there is a mathematical error, it is impossible for it to end on June 16th, and when it was renewed at 00:00 on July 18th, I was there at that exact minute and second. When I tried to buy the available product after clicking, your app gave an error. Just in case you ask if the app was up to date, I always kept it updated, and it was up to date at that time.
