Turkcell Charged Me ₺52 for Internet I Already Purchased Through "Who Wants GB"

In response to my request ending in 3037, I will list the misleading and incorrect information provided by Turkcell. First of all, according to what you told me, I supposedly had 1 GB of free internet through "Mobile Marketing" yesterday. However, no, I purchased this 2 GB internet package through the "Who Wants GB" app, and it was a paid package. Additionally, I was told that this package ended around 9 AM, but no, it ended at approximately 12:21 AM on September 14. Since I believe you are being misleading, I will list the incorrect information you provided.

Question 1: In the morning, I topped up my account with ₺300 and noticed a deduction of around ₺7-8. Therefore, I felt the need to call customer service. During the call, the representative confirmed this deduction and said it would take an hour to find out where it went. However, in the 5th or 6th minute of the call, ₺52 was suddenly deducted, and my balance dropped to ₺248. However, the ₺7-8 deduction that prompted me to call customer service in the first place suddenly disappeared. When I asked where that amount went, they said they could give me the information in an hour.

Question 2: When I called again after an hour, the customer service representative told me that the ₺52 was deducted as if I had purchased the internet from you, even though I had already loaded and purchased the internet through the "Kim GB İster" app. When I asked at what time this internet was reflected, they told me 9:53 AM, as this was when the ₺52 deduction was made. However, I had already set up the internet I purchased from "Kim GB İster" beforehand because I was afraid of the ₺52 deduction. This was not the internet you provided. You claimed to have given me internet that you didn’t actually provide.

Question 3: When I read the notes of my request ending in 30 37, it says that the issue was about the internet I purchased through "Kim GB İster," which you described as free internet. No, I paid for this internet; it wasn’t free, and it has nothing to do with you. You claim that the internet, which ended at 12:21 AM, ended around 9:30 AM and that ₺52 was deducted from my balance due to internet overage. Turkcell has applied every possible misleading policy to a victim like me. If I were to present this information to a lawyer, I believe I could file a serious lawsuit. I expect an apology and a refund.
