Turkcell Blocks My Right to Switch After Gnç+ 50 GB Contract Ends

I am using the Turkcell GNÇ+ 50 GB plan, and although my contract is set to expire on 09.09.2025, Turkcell is stating that I will be charged an extra fee if I want to switch to another operator after my contract ends. I have been dealing with this issue for a week, and when I contacted customer service, I did not receive a clear explanation—only vague answers. I live in Düzce, and the last digits of my line are 6304. At this point, I have only requested information and have not yet started the transfer process. My line is not tied to any device campaign, additional discount, or special benefit. Despite this, I consider it unfair that Turkcell is trying to block my right to switch operators after my contract expires and demanding an additional fee. I request a proper investigation into this matter, the removal of obstacles to exercising my legal right to change operators, and administrative action to prevent similar grievances for other customers.
