Turkcell Charged Penalty After Switching

I was using the Turkcell GNÇ+10GB plan, and my contract had 15 days left. I had also made all my final payments. Due to the high prices, I transferred my line to another operator on November 4, 2025. However, today I received a message stating that I owe 950₺ for my phone number (533***5905). It was stated that this charge was applied because I switched operators before my contract ended. Until now, I have not received any detailed explanation about why this fee was charged, nor any information regarding an early termination penalty or additional fees. Moreover, my contract did not mention any such payment obligation in case of early termination. I also haven’t been provided with an invoice or breakdown of the alleged debt. I do not accept this charge and request a thorough review of why such a high amount of 950₺ was issued. I also ask for a detailed written explanation of the situation.
