Turkcell Charges Me More for Surprise Extra 10 GB Than New Customers

I am using the Surprise Extra 10 GB plan on my Turkcell postpaid line. My contract expires on September 20, 2025. When I want to renew my contract, I am charged 360₺ for the Full Extra 10 GB package. However, customers who switch carriers or get a new line are offered the Big Festival 10 GB package with the same content for 200₺. In other words, as a Turkcell customer, I am being penalized and asked to pay 80% more for the same package. On the contrary, I believe that older customers who pay their bills regularly should be offered more affordable plans. In conclusion, I request that my plan be renewed at the same price you offer to new customers. Otherwise, it will be inevitable for us to switch to other operators for more affordable options. I kindly request that the necessary actions be taken.
