Turkcell Charges Me More for 15GB While Türk Telekom Offers 40GB Cheaper

I am using Turkcell, and my contract is about to expire, but the 15GB plan I have costs ₺500, while Türk Telekom offers a 40GB plan for ₺490. This price difference is completely unfair and makes me feel undervalued as a loyal customer. I have been paying my bills on time every month and expected to be rewarded with better offers, not punished with higher prices. What is Turkcell’s goal? To drive away existing customers? They provide cheap rates to new subscribers while charging exorbitant prices to current ones. I declare that I will switch if this issue is not resolved.

There is no solution at all, they just offer the plans I already know. They say it's because of costs. So when it comes to me, it's expensive, but when it comes to new customers, it's not?
