Tupperware Potato and Onion Keeper Developed Cracks Without Any Impact

I have been using a Tupperware potato and onion keeper for approximately two years. I recently noticed that cracks had developed on the left side of the lid even though the product had never been dropped, struck, or otherwise subjected to any impact.

I purchased the product from a seller who specializes in these products, but because considerable time has passed, I am currently unable to locate the seller’s information or find the original invoice or order number.

I do not consider it acceptable for a product used normally in a household environment to develop cracks on its own without being exposed to any impact, excessive force, or misuse. For this reason, I believe the product should be considered defective, and I request that my potato and onion keeper be replaced with a completely new one.

I kindly ask that this issue be investigated and that I be contacted as soon as possible regarding the outcome. I also request that the inconvenience I have experienced be properly addressed.
