My Stanley Thermos Leaks After 2 Years and Looks Badly Scratched Despite Careful Use
I purchased a Stanley thermos two years ago, trusting the brand’s reputation and the promise of a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, it has started to leak, which completely defeats the purpose of a thermos. Even worse, although I’ve only ever carried it safely inside my backpack, the exterior is now covered in scratches, making it look worn out and unattractive.
This level of wear and functionality failure is unacceptable for a product that’s supposed to last a lifetime. I expected long-term durability—not a leaking, scratched-up container after just two years of light use.
