I purchased a Stanley thermos two years ago, trusting the brand’s reputation and the promise of a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, it has started to leak, which completely defeats the purpose of a thermos. Even worse, although I’ve only ever carried it safely inside my backpack, the exterior is now covered in scratches, making it look worn out and unattractive.
This level of wear and functionality failure is unacceptable for a product that’s supposed to last a lifetime. I expected long-term durability—not a leaking, scratched-up container after just two years of light use.
Stanley, how will you make this right? I’m calling on you to honor your lifetime guarantee and either replace or repair my thermos. I paid for a premium product and expected premium support in return. Please respond and resolve this promptly.
