Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Does Tupperware provide replacement parts?
  • Yes, Tupperware offers replacement parts for their products. If you happen to lose or damage any parts of your Tupperware items, and these issues are not covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty or Quality Guarantee, you can choose to buy replacement parts.
  • To request a replacement part, you have two options:
  • Contacting your Tupperware Independent Representative
  • Calling Customer Care.

  • To speed up the process, ensure that you find the mold number on the product before reaching out to them. The mold number is located on all Tupperware® brand products and is the initial part of the two-part number imprinted on it (prior to the dash).
What are Tupperware warranty exclusions?
  • The following items are excluded from the Tupperware warranty:
  • Food stains and discoloration are not covered by Tupperware warranties because they do not have an impact on the functionality of the product.
  • Scratches: Normal product use may result in scratches; nonetheless, the guarantee does not cover these.
  • Cuts or Chewing: The guarantee does not cover any harm caused by using knives, pointed objects or chewing.
  • Damage Caused by Foods High in Sugar or Fat: Microwave-safe products are not covered by warranties if they sustain damage as a result of food high in sugar or fat.
  • Melting: The warranty does not apply to products that melt when they come into contact with a hot burner, a dishwasher heating element, or other extremely hot objects.
  • Warping: The warranty does not apply to items made before September 1979 that warp as a result of dishwasher use because they were not intended to be dishwasher safe.
  • Specific instances for Silicone Bags excluded from warranty coverage include traces of carbonization from high temperatures, dark marks from burning substances, and stickiness, which is a typical property of silicone and has no impact on the performance of the product (where applicable).
What kind of warranties does Tupperware offer?
  • Tupperware warranties vary by product category:
  • Limited Lifetime Warranty: Most Tupperware products have a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Tupperware ensures that qualified Tupperware® brand goods will not chip, crack, break, or peel during normal, non-commercial use for life. Tupperware will replace or reimburse a product that fails this warranty. The warranty excludes stains, scratches, cuts, microwave damage, melting, and silicone bag damage. Customers may need to prove their warranty claim and send the item to Tupperware for examination.
  • Quality Warranty: Products bearing the 'Q' emblem are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing faults for one year. Tupperware will replace or reimburse a product with a warranty problem.
  • 30-Day Warranty: Products bearing the 'G' symbol are warranted to be free of manufacturing faults for 30 days from purchase. Dropping glass or china breaks this warranty. Tupperware will replace the merchandise or credit your account, similar to the Quality Warranty.
  • No Warranty—"As-Is" Products: Products with the 'Z' symbol are sold "As Is" without warranty. These defective items cannot be replaced, repaired, credited, or refunded.
  • Premium Products: Premium Products included in the policy have a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material or workmanship under regular or household non-commercial use when used and cared for according to the instructions. Similar to the Limited Lifetime Warranty.

  • Customers may need to send Premium Products to Tupperware for warranty investigation, and shipping charges are not returned.
  • Chef Series I Cookware, for example, may no longer be covered by warranty.
How long does it take Tupperware to deliver?
  • The delivery time depends on where you live. The delivery time for local orders is normally 5-7 business days. International shipments, on the other hand, can take anywhere from 7 to 16 days to arrive. The confirmation email that Tupperware sends you will include specific delivery information.
How can I reach Tupperware customer service?
  • Please call Tupperware at 1-800-887-7379 or email at [email protected] to request a status.

About Tupperware

Tupperware is a well-known brand that sells plastic food storage containers and kitchen accessories. It became well-known for its eye-catching designs and efficient airtight seals. Tupperware was founded in 1946 by Earl Tupper, who invented the first bell-shaped container. The brand is distributed by an independent distribution network.

Tupperware's success grew as a result of its "Tupperware party" concept, in which women gathered in their homes to learn about and buy Tupperware products. These gatherings became a popular social activity, contributing to the brand's global recognition.

Tupperware is still a favorite choice for kitchen supplies today. It has a global footprint, with products available in over 100 countries, and employs over 200,000 people globally.
