Tefal Ingenio Lid Handle Broke Easily Within a Year, Requesting Replacement

The handle of my Tefal Ingenio pot lid broke despite me handling it very gently. This is clearly a manufacturing defect, as the material seems to have weakened, possibly due to exposure to heat and cold. To make matters worse, I found out the handle is not sold separately, meaning I would need to spend nearly ₺1000 to replace the entire lid.

This issue arose in less than a year of use, which is unacceptable for a brand I trusted for its quality. Tefal, this problem does not align with the high standards associated with your name. I demand a replacement for this defective product as it’s unreasonable for customers to pay such an amount for what seems to be a design flaw.
