Persistent Lid Cracks Of Tupperware Water Bottle Cover

I've noticed that a lot of people have been complaining about cracks and breakage in Tupperware water bottles. It's frustrating because the company doesn't seem to take responsibility for the issue. Also, they reply with messages online, but they don't actually provide a solution. They have only resolved 5 out of 166 complaints. It means they're a company that never supports or takes responsibility for the products they sell. I don't get why consumer boards are so unresponsive. They're requesting 100 TL to replace the lid, but you're selling a product with a lid that costs 100 TL. The lid is only 2 centimeters, which says something. This product is not very good; it's like selling car parts. It's just not fair. I went to the Tupperware website today and tried looking for water bottles and tumblers, but I couldn't find any products listed. But, on other websites, they cost around 300 - 350 TL. Don't sell stuff that you won't support. Don't reply to complaints with generic responses. Either come up with a solution or stop selling these products.

In my complaint, I attached a picture of the broken and cracked lid. As we can see, they dismissed it as user error. This is a stereotypical phrase that all consumers know. Therefore, I am simply saying, do not buy or recommend this brand. For this amount of money, you can buy 2 or 3 more affordable water bottles. They all have an odor because, in the end, they are all plastic. I am warning all our consumers.
