Bosch Washing Machine Door Seal Worn Out in 1.5 Years – Not Covered Under Warranty

I purchased a Bosch washing machine about 1.5 years ago, and now the door seal has deformed. Clothes get stuck inside, and when the door is closed, wa...

The rubber seal on my Bosch washing machine's door cracked, and when I called for service, they dropped the bomb: "User error!" Can you believe it? Can you believe they had the nerve to ask for $1,500 for a part that only costs 250 TL elsewhere? They say it's a user mistake, but seriously, that's just ridiculous. Didn't the engineers who made this machine think about using a strong seal? Are you saying that the clothes got stuck and caused the crack? That's not a valid reason. This needs to be fixed right away, or I'm going to report this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board. It's obvious that this isn't the user's fault—it's a problem with the design! This situation is completely ridiculous. Why would they charge so much for a basic rubber part? It doesn't make any sense. If they don't resolve this issue, I'm going directly to the Consumer Rights Board. This blaming won't work! The engineers of the machine need to reconsider their approach. I won't tolerate being treated badly and charged unfairly.

After just 1.5 years of use, the door seal on my Bosch washing machine tore, and to my shock, it’s not covered under warranty. How does this make sense? Shouldn’t Bosch know that this part is prone to tearing and design it accordingly? Either make a more durable seal or cover it under warranty! Now,...
I bought a Bosch Series 4 washing machine one year ago, trusting the brand’s reputation for quality and durability. To my surprise, the door seal has already torn, which I consider unacceptable for a product this new. When I reached out to Bosch for support, they blamed me for “user error” and insis...
I purchased a Bosch washing machine around 8-9 months ago, and now it's leaking water from the door. When I called the service, they told me that the rubber seal was ripped, and it's not covered by the warranty, so I have to pay 850 TL. I reached out to customer service and even talked to the people...

About five years ago, I purchased a Bosch Serie 8 washing machine based on the seller's recommendation. I chose this model, which is manufactured in Germany, over the Serie 6 models made in Turkey, believing it would be more durable and higher quality. I paid 1.5 times the price of a standard washin...
