I’m writing to express my deep frustration with Stanley over their defective thermos lids and the lack of proper support. I own two Stanley thermoses, both of which have faulty lids that leak—a known issue Stanley themselves acknowledged by issuing a recall. However, despite this recall and their promise of lifetime warranty, I’ve been unable to get any replacements.
I followed their instructions, registered my request, and waited. But weeks have passed, and there’s been no response. It’s incredibly disappointing that a brand promoting “lifetime warranty” won’t even follow through on replacing faulty lids. The customer service is unresponsive, and the entire process seems designed to discourage people from claiming what they’re rightfully owed.
If Stanley doesn’t send me proper replacement lids for both thermoses, I will file a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and escalate it to the brand’s global headquarters. I refuse to be ignored. This is about principle, not just ₺—Stanley must take responsibility and honor its warranty promises.
