Trustpilot can't be trusted. Most of the reviews are not genuine, and legitimate complaints and reviews are deleted from the system soon after being posted. Companies are probably shelling out money for this. Last week, I filed a complaint about BetterMe, saying they charged me for annual membership without permission and asked for a refund. But my complaint got taken down from the platform around 45 minutes later. Also, a comment I made on another complaint was removed because it was deemed suspicious. They kinda shield brands, and I don't reckon they give a darn about consumers.
