Do NOT give any credit card details to BetterMe. They will charge for a trial and then automatically enroll you in a subscription, charging your card every 3/4 months. When I noticed the charge on my credit card, I wrote MULTIPLE emails explaining I never signed up for the membership and did not use the app, requesting a refund. The company wrote back multiple times saying this was all irrelevant, that by purchasing the trial I had agreed to the membership and that it did not matter that I did not explicitly agree to the membership and that I did not use the app, declining the refund and evidencing their dodgy / deceitful business practices. After multiple correspondence, they continued to deny the refund, which has brought me here to share this experience.
