I am being misled by BetterMe. I canceled my subscription, and the app no longer appeared in my subscriptions on the App... Store, not even in the inactive apps. However, today I discovered through my credit card that they have been charging me every 3 months since March 24. They never sent any emails
The BetterMe app keeps charging money without my authorization even after unsubscribing. They keep charging monthly even... after unsubscribing and deleting the app. They make the unsubscription process hidden and confusing and not through Apple's subscription system. I want my payments back! I'm going
I was also misled by BetterMe. I canceled the subscription, and the app no longer appeared in my subscriptions on the App Store, not even in the inactive apps. Today, I discovered through my credit card that they have been charging me every 3 months since March 24. They never sent any emails regarding renewal periods or fees during this time. I have proof, as I didn’t receive anything from them, not even in my spam folder, for the past 15 days. There have been 3 charges of over $40 each. This seems very shady and far from transparent. I demand full transparency and my money back. I had to block my credit card and request a new one to prevent further unauthorized charges.
