Back on March 2nd, I left a complaint about Burger King on Trustpilot. My order arrived tardy and chilly, and everything was all jumbled. The following day, they told me my complaint could be false and requested proof. I sent pictures of when I ordered when it was delivered, and the menu I got. But my complaint still hasn't been posted. How can I show it if I've already sent all the proof? I'm pretty sure Trustpilot is looking out for the companies. Legitimate user complaints and reviews get taken down for different reasons. When you check out the website, you'll notice a lot of really good reviews about different brands. I bet they don't ask for evidence from them.
