Trustpilot Removing Genuine Reviews Due To Company Complaints
They're deleting tons of real reviews just because companies whine about them! what's the point of even having reviews then? wrote a totally legit 1-star review for Trust Wallet (seriously, if I could've given zero stars I would've). A few days later, they flagged it and Trustpilot emailed me saying they think my review might be fake. I even dug up my order number to prove it, but they still deleted it! I'm so mad! Trustpilot seems way more interested in keeping businesses happy than listening to real customers. My experience with Trustwallet was awful, and my review was honest. But Trustpilot just throws it out the window? You had no tight!! It was my experience, my honest review. Bring it back or I’ll keep complaining about you too!! On everywhere I know.
