BetterMe Charged Me After Subscription Cancellation Without Any Notifications




I am being misled by BetterMe. I canceled my subscription, and the app no longer appeared in my subscriptions on the App Store, not even in the inactive apps. However, today I discovered through my credit card that they have been charging me every 3 months since March 24. They never sent any emails regarding renewal periods or charges during these months. I have proof, as today's charge was the latest, and I received nothing from them, not even in my spam folder in the past 15 days. There have been 3 charges of over $40 each. This feels very shady and far from transparent. I demand transparency and a full refund of my money. I had to block my credit card and request a new one to prevent further unauthorized charges. I want my money back and will be consulting a lawyer. I advise others to do the same.

There are two options to subscribe to our service: via the website and App/Play Store.
