I purchased round-trip flight tickets from Istanbul to Bali via Trip.com, where the total price was clearly listed as ₺128,410 on the website. I also received a bank SMS confirmation for this exact amount, and I approved the payment accordingly.
However, once the ticket was finalized and issued, I was shocked to see that ₺132,512 had been withdrawn from my account—₺4,000 more than what I authorized.
I have not received any explanation or breakdown from Trip.com about why this extra amount was charged. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, customer service has not responded at all, and there’s no transparency on what this additional fee is for.
This is a serious issue of unauthorized overcharging and complete lack of communication. I demand that Trip.com immediately clarify and refund the unexplained ₺4,000 difference and ensure that customers are not being charged hidden fees without consent. Prompt resolution is expected before further action is taken.
