I Was Scammed By Trendyol

I ordered a Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 smartphone from Trendyol, whose seller is also Trendyol. Before placing my order, I contacted customer service three times to inform them that I was a student and wanted to benefit from the GSB tax-free phone discount. I was assured there would be no issue, and I was told that if I created a request, an invoice with my identity number would be provided. However, over two months have passed with no response. Instead, they sent an invoice with the number, "1111111111", instead of my identity number. They are not responding to my messages, and customer service is unhelpful. As a result, I am unable to benefit from the GSB tax refund now, which was the reason I bought the phone. Trendyol's unjust treatment of us university students is completely wrong. Hopefully, this post grabs their attention.
