I Did Not Receive an Invoice for the Product I Bought on Trendyol
The seller is not issuing an invoice for the product I purchased from Trendyol. They issued one initially but then canceled it and haven’t provided a new one since. Despite contacting Trendyol customer service several times, I only receive generic responses with no real action taken. The seller cannot be contacted at all, and this clearly appears to be a case of tax evasion. Trendyol seems to be turning a blind eye to the situation. It’s unacceptable for a platform of this size to allow such practices to continue. I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and my grievance addressed properly.
