Trendyol Order Delayed - Where's My Product?


I purchased an item with order number 9159196931 from Trendyol ten days ago. It's been showing as "shipped" for ten days now. I've been calling the shipping company every day. I've also spoken with the customer service; they said the company canceled the invoice and claimed the product wasn't delivered to the shipping company. I've been dealing with this for ten days now. The product I bought for ₺269 ten days ago is now ₺350, and who will compensate for my loss? Customer service called me to convey that it's not their responsibility. I replied, "If this product is offered on your site, then the responsibility lies with you." I'm not seeking a refund but the procurement of the product. Or Trendyol should cover the price difference. I will also report the price difference of the ₺350 product to CIMER.
