I Sent Grundig Dishwasher Report to Trendyol but No Response

My problems with the Grundig dishwasher I bought from Trendyol are still ongoing. Depending on the complaint I opened here, although 4 days have passed since I forwarded the report I received from Arçelik service to Trendyol, there is no result. When I spoke to the customer representative, our solution service did not work during the holiday. Therefore, they said there is a delay due to the accumulated work. Then I ask why it will be resolved in 3 business days, but there is no answer. They get away with it with classic speeches. Then the complaints about why our local companies are not trusted in the market increase. The reason is simple, our companies have zero customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, they are the best at torturing their own people and citizens. It is difficult for the solution team to read a 1-page report. They cannot read 1 page in 4-5 days. I bought a product from Temu and it arrived today. I created a request for return of 2 of the products that arrived. I also sent the necessary explanations and pictures. They refunded the money within 15 minutes. I also added the report. The huge Trendyol company has not been able to read the part of this report that I marked for 4-5 days. And they are bragging about being such a company, such a quality company. Here you go, quality, here you go, a big company. Go ahead, you decide. Trendyol asked me for a report. We worked with Arçelik for 20 days to get a report, we got the report. We gave it to Trendyol. We are also struggling with this. Shame really.

As of today, it's been 12 days but still no response. Every time I contact them, it's the same excuses. I recommend you think twice before buying anything from Trendyol. It's a complete disgrace that they don't stand behind the products they sell, make me a victim despite being in the right, and can't provide a solution. They keep telling me things like 'our discussions with Media Markt are ongoing' or 'our solution center teams don't work on weekends,' but they do nothing. Our last conversation is also attached. I leave the decision to you, the consumers.
