Trendyol Delayed My Refund After Returning a Defective Computer From Ramtech

We purchased a computer from the seller "Ramtech Donanım" via Trendyol, trusting in Trendyol. The computer was delivered to us on 28.08.2024. However, since the computer was defective, we returned it within 3 days, again trusting in Trendyol. Even though the product has reached the company, they say that "an inspection has been initiated on the product" and I’m being told to wait 21 days. Let’s assume I returned the product not because it was defective, but because I didn’t like it; I already have the right to return it within 7 days. If I have to wait for the company's convenience, why are we shopping through your platform? These types of problems always occur in Trendyol's electronics department, and customers are consistently being put at a disadvantage. My advice to you: never, ever purchase electronic products through Trendyol. Based on their "wait 21 days" response, I will be submitting complaints to the Consumer Arbitration Committee, CİMER, and the Ministry of Finance. I’m writing this here so more people don’t get victimized. We've submitted our complaint letters to the necessary authorities, and we are expecting Trendyol to urgently correct this mistake and issue our refund. Otherwise, I will join forces with others who have complaints on all social media platforms and Şikayetvar, continuing to raise awareness so that others won’t suffer.
