Trendyol Delivery Delayed: No Support for Late Shipment

I placed an order on Trendyol on January 16, 2025, at 5:09 PM, purchasing two items. One of the items was delivered on January 18, but the second item has yet to arrive, even though the delivery date has passed. The tracking system shows it "out for delivery" all day, yet my address is only 15 minutes away. After waiting 7-8 hours, there’s still no update or delivery.
Calling customer service is useless—they just read the same status visible on the tracking screen. Even contacting the headquarters resulted in the same unhelpful response. Why have customer support if they can’t resolve issues? Trendyol, once the payment is made, customers are left without proper assistance. I demand immediate action to deliver my product and improve your customer service!
