Travelocity Resort Wasn't As Advertised, Reviews Might Be Fake

To be honest—my recent stay at the Venezia Palace Deluxe Resort wasn't quite the high-class experience I was hoping for, especially since I booked it through your site. Well, I’ll try to leave an objective review here, the cleanliness situation wasn't great… felt pretty good when I got to the resort because I had read all the good things about the amenities and how nice the place was said to be. However, let's face facts! In terms of cleanliness, it wasn't great. Travelocity says that 78% of the place is clean, but I saw some really dirty spots. The lobby and hallways looked pretty dirty, with stains on the carpets and dust bunnies hiding in the corners. It wasn't a very welcoming sight, which made me question Travelocity’s validity.
