Rug Doctor Machine Great At Dirt Removal, Fails To Rinse Soap Properly!

Easy to rent for sure, like many I got it from Walmart, the machine was easy to use, and I gotta say, it did a fantastic job of sucking up all that nasty dirt, yet it wouldn't rinse out the soap properly! No matter how many times I went over the same spot, it kept puffing out bubbles. Didn’t really know what to do with all that soap residue trapped in the fibers. Maybe it was the detergent? But I'd used that same stuff with another cleaner before, no problem. The whole point of cleaning the carpets was to get rid of dirt, not leave them feeling like a sticky mess, so, yeah, the rental process was easy, and the machine did a good job picking up dirt at first. But that pesky soap residue? Total dealbreaker.
