TransferGo Tracking System Won't Show Clear Updates
There's been a bit of an issue with the tracking system on my business account. You guys advertise clear and accurate info on where my transfers are at, but lately, that hasn't exactly been the case for me…on May 10th (transaction ID:***************), sent a transfer that was supposed to get to the other person by May 12th. Well, it's May 20th now, and the money still hasn't shown up! the recipient is important for me, to say the least, the updates haven't been making any sense. At one point, it said the money reached your account, then it just went back to an earlier stage with no explanation, the info wasn't even close to what was actually happening, I'd like you guys to look into this whole thing seriously and get it fixed ASAP. Being clear about what's going on with the transfer and having an accurate tracking system is pretty important if you want to keep customers happy.
