I Transferred Funds to My Trust Wallet but the Money Never Arrived or Appeared
I transferred money into my Trust Wallet account, expecting it to arrive like any normal transaction. The transfer shows as “sent” on my end, but the funds never actually showed up in my wallet. It’s as if the money just vanished. I’ve double-checked everything—the recipient address, the network, the transaction ID—it’s all correct. Yet my money is nowhere to be found.
What’s even more frustrating is that there’s no way to reach a real person for support. No live help, no clear process, no accountability. I’ve been left completely in the dark with no one to contact and no updates. This is unacceptable for a platform handling financial assets.
I demand that this issue be resolved immediately. Either return the funds or credit them to my account. If I don’t receive a prompt and proper response, I will not hesitate to escalate this legally and file a complaint with the prosecutor’s office.
