TransferGo Didn’t Deliver My Money on Time and Won’t Respond to My Support Requests

Hello, I’m extremely disappointed with TransferGo. They failed to deliver the money I transferred, even though the promised delivery date has already passed. It’s been days, and the funds still haven’t reached the recipient’s account. I trusted this platform based on its advertised speed and reliability, but now I’m left waiting with zero answers. I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times, but no one responds. I feel completely ignored and financially stranded. This delay has caused serious inconvenience and stress. If the company commits to a specific delivery time, they should stand by it. I’m still waiting, and I demand a clear update and resolution immediately. TransferGo needs to take responsibility and deliver my money or issue a full refund without further delay.
