I Face a Missing Money Transfer from Payoneer That Shows as Completed for Over a Week

It has now been over a week since my Payoneer transfer has been marked as “completed,” yet no funds have arrived in my bank account. I’ve checked with my bank multiple times, and it’s clear that the issue lies on Payoneer’s end, not theirs. Despite the system saying the money was deposited, the funds are nowhere to be found.

This delay is completely unacceptable. I rely on Payoneer for timely payments to manage personal and professional expenses. The fact that I’m left in the dark without a single helpful response from customer service is both frustrating and disappointing. I have contacted support repeatedly, but all I receive is silence or vague assurances with no action.

I’m asking — no, demanding — that this issue be investigated and resolved immediately. Either transfer the money to my account or explain exactly what happened and when I can expect the funds. This is not the level of service Payoneer promises, and it’s affecting my trust in the platform. Please fix this now.
