Just like many others have reported, I’m dealing with a serious issue on Remitly where my money didn’t reach the recipient—despite entering the name correctly. The transfer failed due to a name mismatch, but the mistake was not mine. The issue clearly originated from Remitly’s end, and yet they’ve offered no effective solution.
The transaction shows as “completed,” but the money never arrived in the recipient’s account. It’s as if my funds simply vanished. I’ve reached out to Remitly support, but all I get are vague responses and no real action to resolve the issue.
Remitly, I need this fixed now. You must take responsibility for the error, trace the missing funds, and ensure they are either delivered to the recipient or refunded to me immediately. This is people’s money—not just a system glitch.
