TransferGo Holding My Funds for 16 Days—No Resolution After Numerous Delays
I initiated a transfer on April 22, expecting it to be completed by April 23, as indicated. However, when I called on April 23, I was informed that documents were required. I was told the money would be sent the next day. On April 24, they asked for my bank statement for the last month, but I explained that my Sparkasse statement only arrives on the 1st of each month. They said the request would remain open until May 1, and I provided the statement then. Today is May 7, and nothing has been resolved. It’s now been 16 days, and it feels like they are withholding my money. Estonia's LHV Bank won’t help because I’m not their customer, and TransferGo says I must wait for their partner bank’s response. How much longer will I have to wait? I feel deceived by this system, with no clear answers in sight.
