TransferGo Still Hasn’t Delivered My 1,300€ Transfer After 4 Days

On June 13, 2025, I transferred 1,300€ from my Sparkasse bank account in Germany to my TransferGo account. The funds successfully left my Sparkasse account, and according to TransferGo, the money was supposed to be credited to my Turkish bank account today. However, even after 4 full days, nothing has been deposited, and my transfer remains incomplete.

This delay is unacceptable, especially for a platform that advertises itself as fast and reliable for international transfers. I trusted TransferGo with a significant amount of money, but instead of timely service, I have been left waiting with no clear explanation.

At this point, I demand that TransferGo either complete my transfer immediately or, if they cannot, cancel the transaction and return my 1,300€ to my Sparkasse account without further delay. Customers should not be left in limbo when their money is at stake.

I expect an urgent resolution and clear communication. Leaving customers in the dark for days is unprofessional and erodes trust in the service.
